The Supreme Court is upholding the law that will ban Chinese-owned TikTok if it isn't sold to a U.S. company. The law is set to take effect Sunday.

President-elect Trump is reportedly considering an executive order that would save the app that has been dubbed by many as a major national security threat.

On Truth Social, Trump said he spoke to Chinese President Xi Jinping on Friday and added they discussed a number of topics, including trade, fentanyl, and TikTok.

President Biden has said his administration will not enforce the ban on the ByteDance-owned app before he leaves office.
