Nicki Minaj hit social media, and shared a teaser, to her āRed Ruby Da Sleeze,ā video!
The song made a No. 13 debut on the Billboard Hot 100, as Minaj announced her new record label. Paddy Duke will be the first A&R on the label, which hasnāt been announced yet,
āWhen I came in this game I didnāt have no paperwork with Lil Wayne,ā Minaj said. āBut he had us on tour, he had us in a studio, he was getting on my mixtapes. So I understand the importance of having somebody else doing the heavy lifting for you. I understand why people are coming out and theyāre so, you know, microwaveable and theyāre here today and gone tomorrow, because thereās no structure. Thereās no real person that believes in them. Thatās like, ānah, Iām gonna make it my business to see you shineā. Thatās why I never wanted to do a label before because I said to myself ā¦unless Iām ready to really put these artists on Iām not gonna ruin anyoneās life.ā
