On working in the WRs room:

“It is going really well.”

On if it is easier for him to make strides when knowing what position room he will be in every day:

“That definitely makes it a little bit easier when I know what I have to focus on for that day or for that week. Yeah, I would agree.”

On if he likes to play in the slot:

“Yes, I do.”

On what he likes about playing in the slot:

“I just feel like I am able to showcase my route running ability a little bit more in the slot. Gives me more opportunities that way. That is why I like it a lot.”

On if he may get more opportunities in the return game following WR Jakeem Grant Sr.’s Achilles injury:

“Unfortunately, Jakeem got hurt, and that was a devasting blow for our team. Guys have to step up. If they give me more return ability, I am excited for that and looking forward to what I can do on that field.”

On if he was a returner at all at UCLA:

“Yes, I did.”

On if he expects to be better in the return game in his second NFL season, if given the opportunity:

“Yeah, definitely. Just gaining more experience at it. I did a lot more kick return at UCLA and not much punt return. It was my first year doing punt returning [last year]. Having one year under my belt, I definitely learned a lot and am ready to get better.”
