YouTuber MrBeast was getting his own Las Vegas Experience at Resorts World.
Well, it happened earlier this week, from Sunday to Tuesday, and fans were underwhelmed.
A crowd of upset attendees, who paid about $1,000 for the experience, gathered on Tuesday, demanding to speak to Resorts World Las Vegas CEO Alex Dixon.
The event was marketed as an “immersive” and “unforgettable” experience, and they say it was far from that.
Multiple guests told “8 News Now” that when they checked in, they were told to stay in their rooms for a mystery arrival.
Some guests stayed in their rooms for over 24 hours, eagerly waiting.
“I was told to wait in my room for two days for a package to come, so I legit spent two days in my room for a package to come, and it was a box of chocolates,” one attendee said, also adding she was promised a mystery bag.
“It had kids shorts, an extra small shirt, a hat, and a medium shirt,” she said. “If you go to Mrbeast.store to their merchandise right now, all this stuff is on clearance for $9. We were told we’d get exclusive merch. Obviously, that’s not the case.”
