A Netflix subscriber has filed a $50 million class-action lawsuit against the streamer over its technical issues during the Mike Tyson-Jake Paul fight.

Plaintiff Ronald 'Blue' Denton accused Netflix of "breach of contract", citing glitches, buffering issues, and other "legendary problems" with the live stream.

Netflix has admitted to "technical challenges" during the broadcast, but says it still considers the event "a huge success" with 108 million viewers.

Netflix will face another challenge on Christmas Day when it broadcasts a pair of NFL games for the first time.
