An unidentified man has accused Diddy of drugging and raping him when he was 10 years old in the latest lawsuit attorney Tony Buzbee has filed against the disgraced mogul.

According to a report TMZ published on Monday, October 28, the plaintiff, known as "John Doe," claimed he was sexually assaulted by Sean "Diddy" Combs during an audition when he was an aspiring 10-year-old rapper. John Doe flew to New York City with his parents in the summer of 2005 for a meeting with the Bad Boy Records founder. His parents dropped the young artist at a hotel near Madison Square Garden where he met one-on-one with Combs.

In the lawsuit, the man said he performed some songs for Combs, who liked what he saw. The music mogul reportedly asked the then-10-year-old if he really wanted to be a star, and the child responded that he would "do anything." That's when things took a turn for the worse. Someone from Combs' team allegedly gave the kid a soda that made him feel a "little funny." After he was allegedly drugged with GHB or ecstasy, Combs allegedly took out his penis and forced the boy to perform oral sex.

"You have to do some stuff you don't want to do sometimes," Combs allegedly told the child.

The young artist said he passed out and later woke up with his pants undone. He believed that he was raped and cried for his parents. Combs allegedly threatened to harm his parent if he told them, but the kid did anyway. Unfortunately, his parents were too scared to report it to the police due to potential retaliation. The man is suing Combs and all of his companies for gender-motivated violence.

This is one of numerous lawsuits that has been filed against Combs since he was arrested in September. He's currently facing charges of sex trafficking, racketeering and transporting prostitutes, however, prosecutors have indicated that a superseding indictment could bring more charges against the incarcerated artist. He pleaded not guilty to all the charges.
