Footage Surfaces Of 6ix9ine's Belongings Being Returned To His Family

While Tekashi 6ix9ine remains in prison, his family is holding on to some of his most prized possessions.

On Thursday (January 23), footage surfaced of the incarcerated rapper's belongings, which included a duffle bag filled with money, jewelry, iPhones, cologne, and more, being returned to his family.

According to World Star Hip Hop, the video was taken by 6ix9ine's security guard after the feds detained the "FEFE" rapper. In the clip, two men are shown unpacking the 23-year-old rapper's duffle bag. As they reveal each item, they announce what it is to 6ix9ine's family.

The designer bag was mostly filled with 6ix9ine's jewelry including multiple rings, a few diamond bracelets, two designer watches — one Patek Philippe and one Audemars Piguet — a number of cuban link chains, and multiple diamond necklaces.

As fans know, 6ix9ine is expected to be released from prison in July 2020. He was sentenced to 24 months in prison with five years of supervised release last month. While the government requested that the rapper, born Daniel Hernandez, be released for time served, given his lengthy testimony against his former gang and gang members, the presiding judge in 6ix9ine's case, Paul Engelmayer, said the rapper's 13 months in federal custody was not enough.

Following the judge's ruling, Tekashi's lawyer, Lance Lazzaro, filed docs, obtained by TMZ, asking the judge to allow 6ix9ine to serve the rest of his 24-month sentence under home confinement or in a community correctional facility since 6ix9ine claimed his safety was seriously at risk because he ratted on his former gang. However, the judge denied the request on Tuesday (January 21).
