They say you need to be mindful in everything you do! So why not start first thing in the morning when you brush your teeth! It might sound silly but I've tried it and it works!
Research shows that practicing mindfulness on a regular basis is so good for you. By that I mean being present in the moment and not reacting to thoughts and emotions and that will help you secure better self-esteem. Another powerful tool for self-love is self-talk, where we say nice things about ourselves and control our inner monologue. Apparently, we can combine that with teeth brushing and talking to ourselves to boost our self-esteem at the same time.
