Cleveland Police are investigating the fatal shooting of an Ohio rapper.
Twenty-eight-year-old Carlos Banks -- who performed under the name KashBankx -- was shot dead early Sunday morning in the city's Broadway-Slavic Village neighborhood.
No suspect information has been released.
